Booking & Cancelation Policy: Lash Services

We value your time and business and ask that you respect ours as well. As we are getting busier,  spots are filling up quickly. We do understand that you may need to change your plans from time to time, this is why we allow cancellation or rescheduling of the appointment.

All lash appointments will be confirmed once a 50% non-refundable deposit is sent and received via e-transfer (contact@illuminaris.ca). Your deposit will be deducted from the final service price.

Appointment reservations will be held for 2 hour, failure to pay the deposit within that time, will result in loss of the desired time slot.

Cancellations and rescheduling are free of charge if given at least 48 hours notice prior to your appointment.

If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, your booking will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

Failure to attend your appointment (no-show), your deposit will be forfeited. If you failed to attend more than one appointment, any future booking will require you to pay for the service fee in full at the time of booking. 

Providing the best service to you is our priority! For many of you, having these services is a nice treat. Please keep in mind this is the way we pay our bills, make a living, and put food on the table.
