For many of you, having these services is a nice treat. Please keep in mind this is the way we pay our bills, make a living, and put food on the table.
All lash appointments will be confirmed once a 50% non-refundable deposit is sent and received via e-transfer to contact@illuminaris.ca. Your deposit will be deducted from the final service price.
Appointment reservations will be held for 2 hours. Failure to pay the deposit within that time will result in the loss of the desired time slot.
Cancellations and rescheduling are free of charge if given at least 48 hours notice prior to your appointment.
If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment or do not attend (no-show), your booking will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
If you failed to attend more than one appointment, any future booking will require you to pay for the service fee in full at the time of booking.
