Our Microdermabrasion is our entry-level professional skin treatment that provides gentle exfoliation to remove dead skin cells and encourage cell turnover. We tailor each step to target your individual skin concerns.
Microdermabrasion targets the epidermis which is made up of dead skin cells and is the layer of skin closest to the surface. By buffing away the uppermost layer, we break down the barrier that often prevents your current skincare products from properly absorbing into the lower dermis.
Microdermabrasion is used to renew overall skin tone and texture. It can improve the appearance of sun damage, wrinkles, fine lines, age spots, acne scarring, and melasma.
With no down-time, Microdermabrasion is a perfect lunch-time treatment, leaving your skin looking and feeling its best.

We recommend a minimum of 6 treatments biweekly or monthly intervals. Maintenance treatments will be required to upkeep results.

There is a little preparation prior to your microdermabrasion treatment.
2 weeks before:
• No Cosmetic Injectable treatments
• Avoid excess direct sun exposure
• No waxing or Laser Hair Removal/IPL treatments on the face
1 week before:
• No plucking/depilatory use on face
3 days before:
• Stop the use of active ingredients on the skin (AHA/BHA/Retinol/Salicylic Acid)
• No Chemical Peel treatments
There is no downtime for this treatment. You may experience slight redness after the treatment but this usually subsides within 24 hours. We recommend the Yellow LED Light Therapy after this treatment to help reduce the redness and provide anti-ageing benefits. Light mineral makeup can be applied directly after the treatment.
Microdermabrasion can be treated on the face, décolletage, neck, back, upper arms and back of hands.
Best results are usually seen by people in the early stages of ageing, between 30-50.
It's not recommended if you have skin conditions such as rosacea, eczema, dermatitis, active sunburn, herpes, lupus, open sores, psoriasis, fragile capillaries, or widespread active acne.
